Noah has mastered going up and down the stairs with supervision and a spotter!
We encourage Noah to "go feet first".

Noah is learning Twinkle, twinkle little star!
His tune and rhythm are excellent!

Noah is very cute! The report card is a great idea. As you mention for tracking progress and also because it engages the daycare provider and makes his/her job more interesting.
I still have my kids' daily notes (our day school gave them every day)because I couldn't bear to throw them away. I put them all in a binder with some of their artwork. Thank goodness I did, too. We all get such a kick out of going back through that stuff. My kids are 14 and 15 now!
Noah is learning, with your care and love, Noah will become a good person.
This is the time to cultivate Noah.
