Christmas!

Yeah, I know it could be too early for Christmas decorating. Thanksgiving hasn't been celebrated yet! lol! :) We're leaving for Arizona on Thanksgiving day itself and spend a week with relatives and friends. By the time we're back, we might be too exhausted, or not have much time to decorate the house for the holidays. I'd rather do it now when I got some spare time. Besides... I love Christmas! I love the joyful feeling that it brings. I love seeing Christmas lights, and listening to the holiday songs. I love everything about it! :) My boys, especially my 2 yr old Noah is always in awe whenever he sees our Christmas tree. He wants to have the colorful lights on all the time, and can't resist touching the ball ornaments. As expected, him and lil Kaiden kept on pulling them that one already got broken. Oh well... Anyway, I surely can't deny the fact that the big Christmas tree brings sparkles and joy in my lil boys' eyes.

No need to apologize for beginning Christmas early this year. Our town put up its Christmas lights two weeks ago! It seems that City Hall is cleaning house and they had nowhere to put the lights, which are large halos that circle our street lanterns. So, they put them up, rather than rent space for them! (See, everyone has some excuse!) Might as well enjoy the season!

I did the same thing last year, I decorated before Thanksgiving. Always nice to have that festive feel and look around the house and we get to enjoy the decorations longer.

I don't think there is anyone who does not love Christmas! However, I don't have the energy you have to begin all the decorating already.

Hi - (this is not spam, I promise!!)

I am reaching out to you to let you know about a free photo contest we are having for parents and their children. Aqility, the company I represent, has developed an iPhone game called Little Cook. The game is currently ranked #3 in the Educational games category at the iTunes app store and is also ranked #3 overall in Kids games!
We are incredibly excited about the success of Little Cook and we are now holding the Little Cook – Little Critic photo contest!

I hope you will consider posting the contest info on your blog in case your readers want to enter.

Here are the details:

Little Cook, a featured iTunes App Store game for kids and the #3 ranked game in the Educational and Kid’s Games categories is announcing a new photo contest to find the world’s cutest Little Critic! Although Little Cook was designed for children aged 3-7, the Little Critic photo contest is open to children of all ages. The first prize winner will receive a $50 iTunes gift card and a free copy of the Little Cook iPhone application. Additional winners will also receive iTunes gift cards, along with the Little Cook app. To enter, visit the Little Critic contest webpage to upload your favorite funny photo of your child enjoying their favorite meal!

Little Cook was specifically designed for children ages 3-7 as an interactive learning and playing tool. The app allows young players to create their own inventive recipes by mixing different combinations of ingredients. Players can choose to prepare a variety of dishes, including omelets, soup, pizza – even ice cream sundaes! The challenge lies in combining the best ingredients to please the tiny taste tester!

Little Cook is ranked # 3 in the Educational Games category, and # 3 under Kids Games in the iTunes App Store. Little Cook is also featured as a “New and Noteworthy” by iTunes, and can be downloaded for a limited time for $.99 from the iTunes App Store.
